Shipping Policy

• FREE Shipping - Based on past orders, the order shipping time for most countries is about 7 to 20 business days upon warehouse arrival.
• International Express - About 4 to 7 business days upon warehouse arrival. (Please be aware of import duties, VAT or any other taxes that may be incurred when your ordered package arrives in your designated country or region. We are not responsible for such charges.
  In the shipping documents provided to customs, we will set the amount of your order to less than $10 to prevent or minimize customs fees borne by the buyer.)

Possible Delivery Delays

• Due to overwhelming demand of Genshin Impact merchandise in China domestic market, Genshin Impact Official Flagship Store itself is the processing bottleneck most of the time, please expect possible delay in arrival time of your merchandise to our warehouse. The worst case in our experience was to have some “in stock” products delivered to our warehouse after 1.5 month!
• Shipping may also be delayed further due to your local post office or logistic delays, holidays, weather, customs inspections or any other uncontrollable factors.
• After all, our best interest is always to provide the best shopping experience to our customers therefore please do trust that we will try our best to get the products to you as soon as possible.
